At Fit-As we pride ourselves on being a friendly community of like minded people that want to have fun & get fit. Based in North Devon (Barnstaple and Bideford) and online. We not only want to help you achieve your health and fitness goals, we want to see you thrive in life, be the best version of you and have fun along the way No matter how fit or unfit you are, we’ve got something that suits you from dance fitness to personal training, so send us an email or even a phone call and we can discuss what will suit you.
As part of the classes we offer the latest tools to keep you motivated & have a members area on the website where you can interact with others.. During Lockdown we’ve taken our classes and personal training online and we have a library of on demand videos for you to choose from along with live virtual classes, so you’ll never be bored!
You can also link fitness trackers to the website so we can make sure you do them, so there’s no excuses to miss a work out! By joining our members area you will have access to; Forum, Challenges,, recipes, On demand service and much much more.
 

With Any Body

Fit-As provide a range of fitness classes from dance fitness, HIIT classes, weight training and stretch classes. So there is something for everybody.
Fit-As also provide Personal Training sessions 1 on 1 or group training sessions.

Can’t make a class? Then not to worry we have you covered with On-Demand classes for you to do in your own time. There is also a 12 week workout plan to burn calories, shed fat and build muscle it also includes a support network to help you along the way. Need a motivation boost then chat to members in the forum.

Personal Training

No matter what your size, gender or fitness level FIT-AS is here to reach your goals. 1 on 1 or small groups at home, outside or via zoom so no need to go to a gym.
