Once this is set I will send you will get a workout plan for the days you are not training with me, nutritonal advice and on going support and motivation.

Price and Packages.

Each personal training session is £25 per hour, this is for both individual and group sessions online or in person. You can also book a block of 10 sessions for £245 (paid in full or in 5 instalements of £49)
