As part of the classes we offer the latest tools to keep you motivated & have a members area on the website where you can interact with others. You can choose from face to face classes or personal training or via zoom plus ondemand fitness video's.
You can also link fitness trackers to the website so we can make sure you do them, so there’s no excuses to miss a work out! By joining our members area you will have access to; Forum, Challenges, recipes, On demand service and much much more.
Fit-As provide a range of fitness classes from dance fitness, HIIT classes, weight training and stretch classes. So there is something for everybody.
Fit-As also provides Personal Training sessions 1 on 1 or group training sessions.
