Classes are for any age, fitness level or ability, so come and join in the fun and dance the Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Quickstep, Charleston and more! Chasamba Fitness will give you an amazing full body workout or just go at your own pace and enjoy the music and atmosphere! Chasamba Fitness really is for everyone from the experienced dancer to the absolute beginner
